About Colton Monuments

Colton Monuments is located in Clay Center, Kansas and is committed to providing the highest quality of service for each of our customers. We are here to help you through every step of the process with our friendly, helpful, no-pressure service. One of the hardest things in life is losing a loved one.

Memorial means "to remind"  Regardless of the monument you choose, you have placed yourself within a long tradition of wanting to remind present and future generations of the people who have passed.   Over time, a community's cemetery becomes a repository of history and local memories. A monument is created not only because someone has dies, but because they have lived - lived in a specific time and place.

The monument you choose will not only honor a life, but also serve as a lasting reminder in the community.  We sincerely hope we can be of service at this difficult time.

Our Heritage

Harlan and Martha Rundle opened this location as Rundle Monument Company in 1998 after moving back to the community from Colorado.  Robyne Colton joined the business in June of 2011 as a secretary. She then started learning every aspect of the business and continued learning from Mr. Rundle on how the business worked.  In April of 2020, Mark and Robyne Colton purchased the business from Harlan and Martha Rundle and is now known as Colton Monuments.
